I love solving problems, but before jumping into UX ninja mode, I start every new project by doing some problem-finding, validation, and definition.

Understanding human needs and keeping business goals in mind will lay the foundations for a sustainable solution to the problem at hand.

Every project is unique

Is this a new project? Or an iteration of an existing product? Do we have data? When it comes to the design process, it will always depend on the type of product (and user) I'm designing for.
